Have you heard other employers talk about "SOFT SKILLS"?

Are you puzzled about why you're not getting applicants with good soft skills?

Want to know what other employers are telling us they're looking for in an employee?

Do you have current employees who may benefit from this class?

A recent survey of employers reveals that they are looking for an employee who not only can perform the duties of the job, but who can also demonstrate good "soft skills".
Examples of a Soft Skill are:

  • Showing up for work on time
  • Being neat and clean
  • Having a positive attitude
  • Being able to communicate well

The Bitterroot Job Service

has designed a 12-hour class to provide job seekers information and training that will help ensure their success on the job.
