  • Your job title

City

  • City and State in which you worked. State is 2-digits. (i.e. MT)

Employed Dates

  • Start date month and year (mm/yy) to end date month and year (mm/yy)

NOTE : If you are still currently working, leave end date blank. It is extremely important to enter dates of employments in order to show how much experience you have in this type of work.
