Objective Statement
- Your Objective Statement will be the first thing employers see below your name and contact information, if you allow them to view your resume. Make sure it represents your skills and qualification and tells employers the type of work you are seeking.
NOTE : This section is optional, you are not required to have an Objective Statement.
Minimum Desired Wage

NOTE : If you enter only Rotating shift, your file will not come up in a search for daytime, afternoon, or evening positions, etc. Some employers may have you work a combination of different shifts; so if you are willing to work any shifts, please include rotating.

Lifting Capacity

Seasonal Farm Worker
- Mark this box if during the preceding 12 months you worked at least 25 or more days or parts of days in which some work was farm work, earned at least half your earned income from farm work, but were not employed in farm work year round for the same employer. If employed year round in farm work for the same employer, DO NOT select this option.
Migrant Farm Worker
- A migrant farm worker is a seasonal farm worker (see definition above) who had to travel to do the farm work & couldn’t return to their residence within the same day.
Migrant Food Processor
- During the preceding 12 months worked at least 25 or more days or parts of days in which some work was performed in food processing. Earned at least half your earned income from food processing work, but not employed in food processing work year round for the same employer or had to travel to do the food processing work & couldn’t return to their residence within the same day. If employed year round in food processing work for the same employer, DO NOT select this option.

Standard
- Regular license to drive a vehicle
Class Code - A
- Allows the holder to operate any combination of vehicles, including:
- A trailer in excess of 10, 000 pounds
- Articulate buses with a GCVWR exceeding 26,000 pounds
- Any vehicle authorized to be driven under Class B, C or D
Class Code - B
- Allows the holder to operate:
- A vehicle exceeding 26, 000 GVWR that is towing a vehicle under 10,000 pounds GVWR
- A school bus, or any bus or other vehicle hauling 16 or more passengers, including the driver
- All vehicles under Class C or D
Class Code - C
- Allows the holder to operate:
- A single vehicle under 26,000 pounds that may tow a trailer 10,000 pounds or under
- A vehicle that hauls hazardous materials in an amount sufficient to require placarding under Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 391
- A school bus, or any vehicle that hauls 16 or more passengers, including the driver
