getting through to the Montana Unemployment Telephone Centers can be a challenge. Rest assured that the Montana Unemployment Insurance
Claims Centers and Staff are anxious to assist you with filing your claim for benefits, answering questions and helping with any

Please try the following options for best results.
Option 1. File your unemployment claim or access your previous claim information Online.
This is the quickest and most preferred method.
Option 2. If you have tried filing your Unemployment Claim ONLINE without success, please try calling
one of the
Montana Unemployment Telephone Centers to speak with a representative.
Option 3. If you have been unsuccessful with both options above, please do one of the following:
- your FULL Name, a telephone number where you can be
reached, and a best time to reach you. A Montana Unemployment Insurance Customer Service Representative will call you at the time
you specify. Please ensure you are available to answer the call when it occurs. Please note that you may not receive addtional attempts
to reach you if you miss the call due to the large number of claims being processed and managed.

and a best time for you to receive a call back from an Unemployment Insurance Customer Service Representative.
