Montana WIA Policy Manual

The WIA policy manual consolidates the previous State and Local WIA manuals and provides guidance regarding the operation and service delivery of WIA programs in keeping with state and federal laws and regulations. It is not intended to provide comprehensive step-by-step procedures.

Local WIA service providers, Community Management Team partners, State Workforce Investment Board members and other interested parties are encourage to submit comments, questions and suggestions concerning the manual to wia@mt.gov

The consolidated manual was issued to WIA Service providers in March 2006. The manual will be revised and updated periodically as needed changes and additions are identified.
