Individual posters and/or an all-in-one poster that incorporates required posters may be obtained at no cost to you by contacting your local Job Service Montana office. To locate your nearest office check the Job Service Location Directory. Ask to speak with a Workforce Consultant.

2026 Minimum Wage (Effective 1/1/2026):$10.85
2025 Minimum Wage:$10.55
HB 702 - Prohibiting Discrimination on Vaccination Status (no poster available). HB702 prohibits discrimination in Montana based on vaccination status or possession of an immunity passport by a person, governmental entity, employer, or public accommodation.
Covid-related posters are not required or available.
