The Montana Department of Labor & Industry’s Data and Operations Bureau has statewide oversight responsibilities as the administrative entity for the WIOA Adult Program. These responsibilities include grant management, fiscal controls, participant data collection and tracking, service provider training, technical assistance, and policy development and interpretation of federal statue.
