Re-Employment Services & Eligibility Assessment (RESEA)

The RESEA Program connects Unemployment Insurance (UI) claimants with Job Service Montana to make available valuable reemployment services, job training programs, and other services to those who need it most.

UI claimants in RESEA can expect to meet one-on-one with a career coach to:

  • Help to develop a reemployment plan,
  • Go over career and labor market information customized to the claimant’s job search,
  • Connect with resources and services that support the return to work, and
  • Assess continued UI eligibility, such as employment status and work search activities.
For claimants selected, participation in the RESEA program is required for continued UI eligibility.
  • UI claimants are notified by letter of their RESEA appointment date and time. If you have received one of these letters, you can expect a Job Service Montana RESEA team member to contact you to provide access information for a virtual appointment. Plan for the appointment to last up to two hours. Appointments can be rescheduled to accommodate conflicts.

Please come prepared to the meeting with a copy of your current resume, cover letter, and any reemployment questions you may have.
